To offer financial assistance for housing, mileage, resource material and provide contacts to Volunteer Firefighters, EMT’s, members of Auxiliaries and Affiliated members in Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties who suffer from a life-threatening illness, such as cancer.
